She held, as associate professor of the Bucharest University, commercial law and international private law classes and participated in programs organized by prestigious international universities and institutions including, among others, The Hague Academy of Private International Law and the Council of Europe.

She held, as associate professor of the Bucharest University, commercial law and international private law classes and participated in programs organized by prestigious international universities and institutions including, among others, The Hague Academy of Private International Law and the Council of Europe.

She graduated specialty courses at the European Council and was expert on human rights issues.

Her doctorate thesis with the title "International public offering of shares and bonds" was successfully presented in 2000. She published numerous specialty articles and works both in Romania and abroad.

Cristiana I. Stoica represents the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii in the international network of law firms World Link for Law, in the International Union of Lawyers and in ICC România. For five consecutive years she was vice president of the Canadian Businessmen Association (CBA).
